Job description
The S-Quantum Engine is Sinarmas Financial Services' Digital Factory - focused on transforming one of Indonesia's largest financial services groups to match the increasingly digital demands today's financial services sector.
What You Need to Do
- Produce and present strategy documents to Business Unit C-suite and Group Board Members.
- Model and quantify business opportunity and economics.
- Work closely with Business Unit senior management in crafting corporate strategy.
- Frame and co-create research initiatives with the Strategy and Digital Office’s business intelligence and research team.
- Manage Product and Engineering budgets and timelines for key digital strategy initiatives.
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience management consulting, deals advisory.
- Degree in business or related field, preferred.
- Excellent financial modelling and presentation skills.
- The ability to collect and analyze data, assess problems and structure solutions.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and be persuasive when necessary.
- Strong time management and the ability to stick to tight deadlines.
- Self-awareness and ability to assess personal performance.
